Delta Community Credit Union 100 for 100 Sweepstakes
Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The 100 for 100 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. (ET) on January 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on February 28, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Delta Community Credit Union (“Sponsor”) computer clock is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. There are two ways to enter:
A. You (“Delta Employee Entrant”) will be entered into the Sweepstakes if you (1) are a current Delta Air Lines Employee at any time during the Promotion Period, (2) open and fund a Delta Community Credit Union 12-month traditional Certificate of Deposit (CD) under your membership with a minimum of $1,000 during the Promotion Period, and (3) have not also participated in the Delta Community Winter $100/$10,000 CD Campaign. Joint owners are not eligible to participate as a Delta Employee Entrant. See Alternate Entrant provisions for joint owner participation. IRA CDs will not qualify as an entry for this Sweepstakes. Eligible Delta Employee Entrants i) must have active payroll direct deposit into a Delta Community Credit Union account during the Promotion Period, and ii) Sponsor will reasonably review internal records to identify Delta Employee Entrants employed by Delta Air Lines. In either case, Delta Employee Entrants retain sole responsibility for updating account records to identify Delta Air Lines as their employer.
B. You (“Alternate Entrant”) may alternatively hand print your complete name, address, age, e-mail address (if available), daytime/evening phone numbers and the words, 100 for 100 Sweepstakes on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: Marketing Dept. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2025 and received by March 7, 2025. NO MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED OR PHOTOCOPIED ENTRIES ACCEPTED. PARTICIPANTS IN THE DELTA COMMUNITY WINTER $100/$10,000 CD CAMPAIGN ARE INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE AS ALTERNATE ENTRANTS.
Both Delta Employee Entrants and Alternate Entrants may be collectively referred to as “Entrants.”
Limit of one (1) entry per person by any means.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants (both Delta Air Lines Employee Entrants and Alternate Entrants) must be US citizens residing in the United States throughout the Promotion Period and at least eighteen (18) years of age who are either i) Delta Community Credit Union members or ii) eligible to become a Delta Community Credit Union member during the Promotion Period (See Eligibility – Delta Community Credit Union (deltacommunitycu.com) for additional membership eligibility information.) Entrants must not be employees and family members of employees (including children and siblings of employees) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
3. PRIZES. Up to one hundred (100) prizes shall be awarded depending on the number of Entrants, each consisting of a $100 deposit (the “Prize(s)”), into winner’s Delta Community Credit Union Savings Account. If a non-member is selected as a winner, the Prize will be awarded in the form of a check. The winners will be selected and the Prizes awarded after the close of the Promotion Period (estimated to be on or around March 31, 2025). Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. All federal and state taxes on Prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. The winners may be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the Prize and required to fill out a W-9 form. Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 31, 2025 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Potential winners will immediately be notified by telephone or email at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or potential winner cannot be located or does not respond by April 5, 2025, the prize will be forfeited. Potential winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and where not limited by law, a publicity release within five (5) days of prize notification, or the Prize will be forfeited. Prize will only be awarded if winner complies with these Official Rules.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a Prize, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Delta Community Credit Union and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any Prize. You accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of Prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable. By entering this contest, you also acknowledge and agree that all personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy practices. Additional information is available at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/content/deltacommunitycreditunionprogram/us/en/home/privacy-opt-out.html Sponsor will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected Prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prizes. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. RELEASES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrant agrees that the Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, and agencies, shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Entrants acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Delta Air Lines. You agree to release Delta Air Lines from liability for any loss or damage of any kind in connection with this sweepstakes. By entering this contest, you are providing information to Delta Community Credit Union and not to Delta Air Lines.
7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

9. WINNERS. The winners may be posted on www.DeltaCommunityCU.com by April 14, 2025. For identification of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Delta Community Credit Union, Marketing Department, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
