You now have the option to personalize your online and mobile banking with customization options to help you better manage your finances. You may even notice a subtle, cleaner and easier to read text update.

External Accounts

How do I add external accounts within my Delta Community online banking?

By clicking on the “Add External Accounts” link on your main page, you can add and monitor external accounts that you own with another financial institution directly within your Delta Community online and mobile banking.

Now that I've added my external accounts to my Delta Community Online and Mobile Banking, how do I view them?

Accounts you may have previously linked under Money Management or that you just added will now also be shown in the main accounts page, under the “External Accounts” accordion separator.

Personalization

Can I change the name of my Account?

Yes, adding a more personalized feature to your online and mobile banking, now nicknames can be added to accounts to help you easily distinguish one account from another. You can access this option within the Settings link at the top of your account. Changes can be made under account preferences.

Can I rearrange how my accounts appear on my screen?

Yes, accounts can be placed in any order that you wish, including hiding certain accounts from your main screen. To sort your accounts and make these changes, click the settings link at the top of your account. Changes can be made under account preferences.
