Delta Community Credit Union 2024 $250 Bonus Bump Sweepstakes
Official Rules
1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The Delta Community Credit Union $250 Bonus Bump Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November 1, 2024 7:00 am ET and ends on December 31, 2024 11:59 pm ET (the “Promotion Period”).
A. You (“Entrant”) will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes when you 1) refer a friend or family member through Delta Community’s Refer-a-Friend platform at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/us/en/personal/refer.html and 2) that referred individual becomes a Delta Community member by i) opening a new Savings Account, ii) using their unique referral code with a $5 deposit, iii) before December 31, 2024 iv) in accordance with the program Terms and Conditions at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/us/en/personal/refer.html?bp_p=%2Fiaf%2Fdelta_comm_raf1%2Fterms.
B. Alternatively, hand print your complete name, address, age, e-mail address (if available), daytime/evening phone numbers and the words, “$250 Bonus Bump Sweepstakes” on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper (“Alternate Entry Form”), and mail in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Delta Community Credit Union, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, GA 30339, Attention: Marketing Assistant. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2024 and received by January 4, 2025.
Limit of five (five) entry per person by any means.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Entrants must be residents of the 50 United States and D.C. and at least thirteen (13) years of age who are either (1) Delta Community Credit Union members as of November 1, 2024 or (2) eligible for membership in Delta Community Credit Union as described at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/content/deltacommunitycreditunionprogram/us/en/personal/eligibility.html. Entrants must not be employees or family members of employees (including spouse, children, parents and siblings of employees) of Sponsor, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and any individuals engaged in any way in the development, production, printing, distribution or execution of this Sweepstakes.
3. PRIZES. One (1) prize shall be awarded consisting of one (1) $250 deposit into Savings Account (the “Prize”). If a winning entrant does not have a Savings Account, a check in the amount of $250 will be mailed to that winner at the address provided on the Alternate Entry Form submitted by the winner. The winner will be selected and the prize awarded after the close of the Promotion Period (estimated to be on or around December 31, 2024). Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted. All federal and state taxes on Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be issued a 1099 tax form for the value of the Prize and will be required to fill out a W-9 form. Failure to abide by these rules may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 31, 2025 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified via phone or email within two (2) business days. If winner does not respond by February 3, 2025, an alternative winner will be selected. Prize will only be awarded if winner complies with these Official Rules.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sweepstakes offered to eligible participants, but void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting your own entry and/or accepting a prize, you specifically acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use your name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, you agree to release Delta Community Credit Union and its advertising agencies, officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages) or expense (including attorney fees) arising out of or associated with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, participation in or use or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. You accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, selection of winner and awarding of prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. No correspondence will be acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it deems unacceptable. By entering this sweepstakes, you also acknowledge and agree that all personal information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.deltacommunitycu.com/content/dam/deltacommunitycreditunionprogram/documents/home/forms/privacy-policy.pdf. Sponsor will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize(s). In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. RELEASES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entrants agree that the Sponsor, its affiliates and its employees, officers, representatives, its respective successors, assigns, and agencies, shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold Delta Community Credit Union, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective members, officers, employees, and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and settlement costs), damages, suits, costs, demands, and/or judgments whatsoever, made by any third party due to or arising out of Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the use or misuse of the Prize by anyone other than Sponsor. As a condition to accepting the Prize, Entrants may be required to execute a separate release and indemnification agreement with Sponsor with respect to the use of the Prize.
Entrants acknowledge that this sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta. You agree to release Meta from liability for any loss or damage of any kind in connection with this sweepstakes. By entering this sweepstakes, you are providing information to Delta Community Credit Union and not to Meta.

8. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
9. WINNER. The winner may be posted on www.DeltaCommunityCU.com by February 15, 2025. For identification of the winner, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Delta Community Credit Union, Marketing Department, 3250 Riverwood Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia 30339.
