All benefits reduce to 50% at age 65 and to 25% at age 75 and older regardless of age at enrollment. Under the family coverage for dependents, benefits are reduced.
California residents must be enrolled in comprehensive health benefits from an individual or group health insurance policy or an HMO or employer plan providing for essential health benefits, before enrolling in this plan.
