How do I make a payment on the cash advance balance I owe on my Visa?

Cash advance only payments can be made at any Delta Community branch or via US Mail but only AFTER the regular payment is satisfied for the billing cycle, including the interest requirement. Cash advance payments cannot be performed at Service Centers, Online Banking or Self-Service IVR.

To make a cash advance only payment by mail you will need to mail either one (1) or two (2) separate checks:

If the regular scheduled payment has already been made, only one check is required.
- An accompanying letter must clearly state, that the check is to go towards paying cash advance only.
- Send the letter and the check to P.O. Box 20541, Atlanta, GA 30354.
If the regular payment has not yet been made, send two (2) separate checks.
- One of the checks should be sent for the regular payment.
- Please note on the second check: "Payment for Cash Advance Only".
- An accompanying letter must clearly state, that the second check is to go towards paying cash advance only.
- Send the letter (including the two checks) to P.O. Box 20541, Atlanta, GA 30354

Please Note: If the regular scheduled payment has not been satisfied, the payment for the cash advance will always be applied to the regular payment. If there are any funds still available after the regular payment has been satisfied, then the remaining amount will be applied to the cash advance
