How do I dispute an ATM deposit or withdrawal?

All disputes on ATM deposits or withdrawals must be submitted by contacting the Member Care Center at 1-800-544-3328 or by visiting a local Delta Community Credit Union branch. If you have questions, you may submit them within Online Banking from Contact Us under Additional Services.

Please allow up to 5 business days for provisional credit to be applied, after receiving all necessary documentation.
