What identification and other information are needed to open a savings account with the Credit Union?

The following information is needed by both the primary and joint owners:

• Full legal name
• Physical address
• Date of Birth
• Valid Driver's License, State issued ID, Military ID, U.S. Passport, or Permanent Resident Card. The name on the ID must match the name on the application.
• Social Security Number
• At least one contact number whether it is cell, home or both.
• Employer (current or most recent)
• Occupation (current or most recent)

To add a beneficiary, you will need to obtain their Social Security Number and birthday.
