How can I deposit the insurance check I received that is payable to me and Delta Community?
Insurance Claim checks are issued for damaged properties (homes) for 1st and 2nd mortgage loans. Our goal is to assist you in restoring the property to its condition prior to the claim. If you have received a check for repairs to your property made payable to you and Delta Community Credit Union, please bring it into your nearest Delta Community branch along with the following items:
- A copy of the insurance adjustor's report
- A copy of the contract(s) for repair work to be completed
The check may be deposited into your account, at management discretion, and a general hold may be placed on the funds while the claim is being reviewed. Please call 404-677-8785 with questions.
