What is the Delta Community Mortgagee Clause?

Your insurance agent will ask you for a "Mortgagee Clause" or a "Loss Payee" clause that needs to be listed on your homeowner's insurance policy in the event there is a claim has been filed. The following wording will apply for all insurance types so that it will reflect Delta Community on the policy as the lien holder:

Mortgage Clause

Please note, Delta Community Credit Union must be spelled out on the lien. Policies with an abbreviation listed will not be accepted.
