If I have a dispute about any incorrect information on my credit report, who do I contact?
There are several options available for submitting a credit dispute:
You may contact Delta Community Credit Union for assistance using the following methods:
- You may submit your dispute by submitting a message within Online Banking from Contact Us under Additional Services,
- By phone during business hours at 404-677-8626, option 5 or after hours at 800-544-3328,
- Or in person at a local branch.
- You may also submit the dispute to one of the three credit bureaus. The bureau will submit the dispute to Delta Community Credit Union, and we will research and validate the disputed item and file a response accordingly. You may file a dispute via the below websites.
