Account research is a service that provides you with lost information and/or information regarding your accounts.
- The following fees for this service can be found on the Delta Community website.
- Account Research hourly fee
- Document copies (check, statement, etc.)
- You can send your request from within Online Banking using Contact Us located under Additional Services or by fax 404-677-4730.
- Please provide as much of the following information as possible with your submission:
- Date of transaction
- Location of transaction
- Type of transaction
- Amount of transaction
- If checks are involved, please include the dates, dollar amounts and the estimated number of checks.
